Mike is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the root causes of pain, helping you build real body awareness. With weekly sessions, I can now sit comfortably at work and drive long distances without the lower-back pain I used to have. The front desk team are super friendly too!

I having been visiting Mike and his lovely team ever since Living Strong opened. I go for maintenance treatment but often need extra appointments as life gets rough at times with it's ups and downs and my body struggles. Mike has a great holistic approach about his treatment, not just adjustment but exercises, stretches, hydration and other suggestions.
